The Doctorate in Arts (DA) at EIMT is a fully online programme tailored to meet the needs of modern arts and artistic landscapes by infusing advanced scientific research methods and practices. The core specialisation papers will equip prospective professionals with more in-depth research-based findings and analysis and help in addressing the current problems.
The first step for scholars is to draft their preliminary research proposal. This proposal can be an 8-10 page document that consists of essential factors of the DBA program. We have set up a pre-defined template to speed up the process of completion. You are advised to make the initial research proposal ready within the first month of enrollment and submit it. As these examples indicate, all project topics require extensive knowledge of the literature about the particular subject areas and the sophistication of how a project is developed and presented. Conducting these projects provides students with experiences that create expertise in their focused areas and prepare them to be effective practitioner-scholars. To achieve this goal, it is recommended that students pursue a topic where they already have extensive practical experience.

Applicants for the Doctorate program DBA, are exempted from an English exam provided they completed their schooling years and/or bachelor’s program at a recognized school where the medium of teaching is English.
