Diversity Policy

EIMT fully respects and accepts concept of diversity with understanding that each individual is unique. We recognise our individual differences within race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, physical abilities, religious beliefs or other ideologies.

Diversity within the organisation allows us to provide service to students on a global basis. This breeds creativity and innovation of the workforce, and can capture a greater share of the market, which is one of the key ingredients to grow in a strong economy.

EIMT staff, faculty and students come together from different and diverse cultural backgrounds. They are encouraged and stimulated to explore more about principles, values, and traditions of one another, and thus gain valuable knowledge and understanding of international markets and develop multicultural management skills.
